serve orx-rabbit-control locally using Ktor

* orx-rabbit-control: writing the QR code to a file is no longer necessary
* Smaller QR-code image with MagnifyingFilter.NEAREST
* orx-rabbit-control: client is now served locally using Ktor
* Changed some getters to 'val'
* compile ⟶  implementation
